Signatura Property Development has launched The Rose on 117. Located at De Waterkant, Cape Town, the development will include 61 fully-furnished apartments for sale, starting at R995 000.
The Rose, which will lie on Rose Street, will launch on June 23 2022.
Developers John Rabie and David Cohen want The Rose to attract young professionals who want to live in a trendy and beautiful quarter of Cape Town. The Rose will be located within easy strolling distance of the tourist hotspots of Green Point, the V&A Waterfront and the Bree Street commercial and retail strip.
“The project has been perfectly designed and packaged to give buyers a very accessible and hassle-free way to access the lucrative Cape Town hospitality market, now in full rebound mode after the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic travel bans,” said Cohen.
Furnished by Weylandts, for additional costs, buyers may opt for the Airbnb upgrade package, which will include every single item required to welcome a first guest, including pots, pans, big screen TVs, linen, towels and dishcloths.
Most of the apartments will feature balconies with impressive Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak views, a panorama that will be enjoyed from the rooftop pool deck and entertainment area.
The development will be connected to the existing mixed-use building 117 on Strand, and residents of The Rose will have access to a Planet Fitness Signature Club and a Pick n Pay store.
