Last week Thursday, Property Flash (propertyflash.co.za) won big at the South African Property Owners Association (Sapoa) 2025 Convention. Our editor, Alistair Anderson’s podcast, Another Brick in the Wall, was awarded Digital & Broadcast Media of the Year, making it the inaugural winner in this category. Alistair presents the podcast with Michael Avery for Classic Business which is produced by Fine Music Radio.
The conference took place at Sun City, South Africa from Tuesday until Thursday night.
Anderson said he was honoured.
“I have covered commercial property for more than a decade and appreciate being recognised by the judges from the industry. I will strive to deliver the best journalism I can, be it news, in-depth features, enlightening interviews, analysis or hardline investigative work. Congratulations to the other winners and nominees,” he said.
Anderson is a former winners of News and Feature Journalist of the Year. Property Flash was awards runner-up in Property News Website of the Year in 2024.
