During the recent online launch held on March 18 2026, Pam Golding Properties concluded the sale of 124 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and a penthouse, in the new residential development, ‘The Charles’. The development is situated within the landscaped grounds of the grand Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West in the Cape Winelands, just 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
The total value of these transactions reached R618.561m, including the sale of one of only two available penthouses for R25m. Each penthouse features a private terrace and swimming pool, with views across False Bay, the Hottentots Holland Mountains and the Helderberg range.
