For Devonbosch

There is a place that encapsulates everything that every development in the Cape Winelands claims to be, but that none embodies. A place where luxury living encompasses health, wealth, adventure, work, fine dining and community – where every detail is meticulously crafted to offer an experience unlike any other.
Welcome to Devonbosch, an ambitious, daring and transformative mixed-use development in the Western Cape. “The Bold Vision Unveiled Devonbosch is a revolution in playing, working, and living”.
It spans more than 80 hectares with approved rights for 108,000 square metres and has anticipated rights for 655,000 square metres. Over the next 25 years, with an estimated investment of R30bn, the developers behind Devonbosch are crafting a new town, a new Stellenbosch, a “smart city on the urban edge”. While estates like Delaire Graff, Val de Vie and Pearl Valley have set the bar for luxury, Devonbosch is raising it to unprecedented heights.
“We are delivering the first true mixed-use luxury product in the heart of the Winelands, combining residential excellence with commercial vibrancy and unparalleled recreational facilities. Most estates and developments in the Winelands offer some of the features, amenities, sustainability and lifestyle, some of the time,” the group said.
Architects Henri Comrie and Dr Ludwig Hansen are planning Devonbosch. There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom designer apartments an luxurious penthouses on offer, each residence features high ceilings, double-glazed windows and eco-friendly materials.
There is also the GOAT Mountain Bike Trail, Mini GOAT Trail Running Trail to golf at the Devonvale Golf course, extreme golf as well as e-foiling on dams. Devonbosch offers a diverse array of recreational activities. The SuperSconto Italian Restaurant and Ischia Authentic Italian Cuisine are also located at Devonbosch.
There is aprthotel: KLEI Hotel, a bespoke Aparthotel in the Winelands, operated by Totalstay. A School of Rock concept is also opening in the Devonbosch precinct.
The precinct is estimated to include an economic contribution of more than R34bn and the creation of approximately 132,000 jobs over its development period
