Burstone Group has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Jenna Sprenger, will leave her role and be replaced by Myles Kritzinger, who was previously CEO of Transcend Residential Property Fund.

“In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and paragraph 6.42
of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, shareholders and noteholders are
advised that Jenna Sprenger will step down from the board of directors (the Board) and as Group
Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) and Debt Officer of Burstone. To ensure a smooth transition and
continuity in the role, Jenna will remain with the Company until 31 August 2025,” Burstone said.

The Board express its gratitude and thanked Sprenger “for her significant contribution and
dedication to Burstone over a period spanning 12 years”.

“Jenna has been instrumental in supporting the growth and transformation of Burstone, including the Group’s international expansion, the internalisation of the management business in South Africa and Europe in 2023 and the establishment of the Group’s funds management strategy in Europe and Australia,” the Board said.

“The Board wishes Jenna all the best for her future endeavours and the next chapter in her professional
journey,” it said.

With effect from September 1 2025, Kritzinger would be appointed as the Group CFO and executive director of Burstone. Pursuant to paragraph 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.

Kritzinger has also been appointed as the Debt Officer of Burstone, in his capacity as Group CFO, with effect from September 1 2025.

“Myles is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity funds management and is a specialist in the residential property sector. He previously served as both Chief Executive Officer and CFO at Transcend Residential Property Fund, a listed REIT. Ahead of this appointment, Myles has engaged extensively with Burstone in respect of the exploration of various fund management strategies and opportunities, and thus commences his new role with a deep understanding of the Group,” Burstone did.

“The Board wishes Myles well in the role and looks forward to his contribution to the organisation,” the Board said.
