Similan is launching the Ilex which includes five uniquely crafted apartment buildings nestled within Newinbosch Neighbourhood Estate in Stellenbosch. Spies hails from the town and has seen it change and develop over numerous years.
Alistair and Michael also speak with Julian Naik, managing director at Spirits & Bubbles. Julian represents Kaapzicht, a wine farm located in Bottelary, Stellenbosch.
