Hello there! Welcome to this episode of Another Brick in the Wall where Alistair and Michael speak to Pepler Sandri, the Senior Director and head of the Capital Markets Division of JLL for South Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa. Pepler discusses the JLL South Africa Investment Review 2025/ 2026.
With 16 years of industry experience, Pepler joined JLL’s Sub-Saharan Africa Capital Markets team 2015. Since then he has successfully led numerous landmark transactions totalling more than $500m across multiple African markets including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Rwanda.
A qualified attorney, Pepler holds top-class academic credentials including a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (BCom LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from Stellenbosch University. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and SDA Bocconi in Milan (Cum Laude), complemented by a Masters of Advanced Management degree focused on real estate finance from Yale School of Management (with Honours).
He maintains professional credentials as a Principal Agent with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) South Africa and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
