Global DJ Black Coffee bought a house for R157m on Cape Town’s most expensive street which marked the highest-value home sale in the country this year.
The DJ whose real name is Nkosinathi Maphumulo, bought the home on Nettleton Road through Little Ark Holdings, for which he is listed as the sole director.
Nettleton Road is located in the suburb of Clifton, a high-end part of Atlantic Seaboard.
